About Domen Verbic

This work is built on more than a decade of leading people, shaping culture and guiding organisations through growth and uncertainty.

 

My journey began early, when I co-founded a media company before finishing my management degree. Building a business from the ground up taught me more about people, pressure and responsibility than any classroom ever could. It showed me how a clear mission, integrity and consistent leadership hold teams together even in demanding times.

 

After selling my share, I continued my path in leadership roles across different environments:

• A medium-sized family company where clarity and trust are the foundation

• A 200M multinational where structure and alignment determine performance

• A fast-growing global scale-up with 70 percent annual growth where direction and speed must coexist

Working in these different systems gave me breadth, perspective and a deep understanding of how leaders think, decide and act when the stakes are high.

 

Across all these experiences, one thing became clear.
Teams perform at their highest level when leaders know where they are going and why they exist as a company. When the mission is clear, people follow. When direction is shared, decisions simplify. When leadership is aligned, the organisation accelerates.
